Kitsap County needs good AV.

Too often, quality AV and video production had to come from Seattle—along with high prices and extra hassle. HuckleBerry Productions was created to change that.

HuckleBerry Productions exists to provide high-quality, reliable AV services to Kitsap County and beyond. We ensure that local events don’t have to rely on expensive, out-of-town vendors by delivering top-tier sound, lighting, and video production.

We specialize in conferences, galas, fundraisers, and community events—

Using industry-standard gear and years of hands-on experience to make sure your message comes through loud and clear. Our team also offers full-service video production: from highlight reels and event recaps to social media edits and branded content that captures your mission in motion. Our goal is to make every event seamless for the client and memorable for the atendees.

We believe great AV is about more than the tech.

It’s about trust.

Our History

HuckleBerry Productions carries forward 30 years of Brad and Lisa Walker’s audio, lighting, and video expertise to every West Sound event.

Flamingo Studio 1985

Brad Walker had always loved music and dabbled in recording, producing a radio program, and learned mixing by working with several bands for their shows while keeping his day job as an information systems analyst and programmer. But when Brad and Lisa Walker went full-time with Flamingo Audio in 1994, they had no idea of the variety and challenging projects their clients would bring them for the next 30 years.

Brad & Lisa Walker

Brad and Lisa operated as a true "mom and pop" business where clients became friends, and taking care of their projects meant constant expansion into video, lighting and live-streaming. When someone would ask for help making their church sound as good as the concert they just heard, Brad began applying his design background and found solutions to the problems. Brad and longtime lead tech Bill Ricks have installed systems in churches, schools and Navy facilities throughout the northwest.

The events side of the house also grew quickly. Benefit auctions became a specialty, with crisp clear audio in every seat, in nearly every venue in the region - becoming experts in acoustically challenging venues like Kiana Lodge's Garden Atrium, a glass-roofed former greenhouse! Besides auctions, corporate events, and concerts, Flamingo Audio provided sound, lighting and video systems for the many of the Coast Salish Tribal Canoe Journeys. These incredible cultural events involve canoe families traveling from their home territory to a host tribe's territory, often for several weeks at a time so they can share dances and stories with the entire gathering of the tribes. Over 100 canoes and 12,000 people arrive on the host's beach for a welcoming ceremony, then have presentations in a 3,000 seat tent that continue 24 hours a day for up to a week. In locations without power or internet!

The “Flamingo Way” grew to mean uncompromising quality, technical creativity, and friendship-first service on every project.

Luke and Brad have worked together on different projects for several years, and Luke has seen "The Flamingo Way" in action - how to set up an event to be a success by taking time to learn what the client really needs - then meeting that need with creating the right team, advance planning, and an unwavering attention to quality at every step. This came naturally for Luke, because it's how he operated his documentary film company as well.

"I'm grateful God sent Luke into my life these past few years, and was thrilled when he told me he wanted to continue serving our long-term clients with the same gear and processes that I did over the past 30 years! Luke and Faith will make sure there's a quality AVL company in the West Sound region for the next generation!"
